Leasing of Imported Product is a long-term lease of imported goods acquired by the Bank through Columbia Trading.

The customer (lessee) negotiates commercial conditions with the exporter or representative in Brazil. This operation has accounting, tax and financial planning, after the acquisition of the product by the lessee.

• Invoice, Electronic Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, HAWB, BL, CTRC (road transportation document), Import License;

• Translation of product descriptions into Portuguese and suggestion for HS code;

• Database with SKU’s, description and content, HS code, suppliers.

• Shipping instructions and pickup of the goods in the origin;

• Centralize information and coordinate the various agents of the operation;

• Removal of DTA/ DTC out of primary zone to bonded warehouses.

• Follow up import license approval;

• Indicate and verify fees and taxes to be paid at the moment of nationalization;

• Customized solutions of tax and financial consulting prior to the shipment;

• Extension of our customer's International Trade Department.

• Generate KPIs, performance and cost reports indicating and suggesting improvements;

• Create and feed a daily report with updated status of the operation;

• Orientation to meet the requirements of Brazilian labeling rules.
